Social Media Manager
As a Social Media Manager, you will plan, create and publish engaging content, execute campaigns, analyze performance and build brand awareness. You’ll work closely with our marketing and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos and posts
- Monitor trends, audience engagement and competitor activity
- Manage paid campaigns to drive traffic, leads and conversions
- Respond to comments, messages and inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns and promotions
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance
- Optimize strategies to improve engagement, reach and lead generation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends and best practices
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Experience with social media analytics, reporting and paid campaigns
- Creative mindset with attention to detais
- Understanding of web development, SEO and digital marketing is a plus
Tools & Platform Expertise:
- Social media management: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar
- Design tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma
- Analytics: Google Analytics, platform-native tools
- Paid ads: Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads
Portfolio Requirement:
Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, content samples, and performance metrics. Include links to live social profiles, campaigns, or creative work demonstrating strategy, creativity, and results.
