Social Media Manager

Polotribe is a premium polo t-shirt brand that blends timeless style with modern craftsmanship. Our mission is to create fashion that celebrates confidence, class, and individuality. We’re now building an in-house creative team to take our branding and storytelling to the next level.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate and hardworking Social Media Manager who loves fashion, design, and digital creativity. The ideal candidate will manage Polotribe’s online presence across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms — designing, curating, posting, and engaging with our audience to strengthen the brand’s identity.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and create engaging posts, reels, and stories for social media.
• Manage daily posting schedules and ensure consistent brand voice.
• Collaborate with the founder and team to execute campaigns and launches.
• Monitor engagement and trends to increase follower growth and brand reach.
• Ensure content reflects the premium, aspirational vibe of Polotribe.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Basic design skills
• Good sense of fashion aesthetics and trend awareness.
• Strong writing skills with a flair for storytelling.
• Self-motivated and eager to grow in a fast-paced brand environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
