Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit devotional reels & short-form videos optimized for reach
• Apply trending formats, transitions, music & hooks
• Improve watch time, saves, shares & followers growth
• Repurpose content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts & Facebook
• Suggest trend-based content ideas
• Maintain devotional & cultural sensitivity in all edits

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong reel editing experience with proven reach or growth results
• Knowledge of Instagram & Shorts trends
• Understanding of hashtags, hooks, pacing & timing
• Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects
• Ability to analyze what works & improve performance

Big Plus If You Know:

• How to grow pages organically
• Viral reel structures (first 3 seconds rule)
• Basic motion graphics
• Devotional / bhakti content ecosystem
