Job Title: Social Media Manager
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our online presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, increasing engagement, growing followers, and driving brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
- Manage daily posting across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; engage with the community promptly
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
- Manage paid social media campaigns (if applicable)
- Handle brand reputation and crisis management online
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and algorithms
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Experience with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with influencer marketing
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
- Video editing skills
- Experience running paid ads
