Social Media Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Mumbai. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for executing the social media strategies across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and create monthly analytical reports monitoring performance for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop & implement social media content & strategies that align with the brand's goals and objectives.

Coordinate with clients, present concepts and take feedback which is to be communicated with the internal team.

Monitor and respond to social media messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner.

Track & analyse social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of the social media strategies.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Expertise in digital advertising.

3-4 years of experience in social media management or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in social media platforms and tools such as Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite.

Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Sprout Social.
