Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Summary
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing social media strategies across all platforms. This role requires strong creativity, excellent content management skills, and the ability to drive engagement and organic growth. The candidate will also handle posting calendars, client-related posting activities, and internal company posting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to improve organic reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Manage the daily operations of company-owned and client-owned social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Track social media trends and use insights to improve content performance.
2. Organic Growth & Performance
- Increase organic views, engagement, reach, and follower growth across platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Optimize content and timing to ensure maximum organic visibility.
3. Content Planning & Calendar Management
- Create and manage posting calendars for clients and the company.
- Coordinate with the creative team for timely content creation.
- Ensure all posts are aligned with brand language, tone, and strategy.
4. Social Media Posting & Scheduling
- Handle regular client posting across platforms as per timelines.
- Manage internal posting for Samvestor (employee engagement, company events, achievements, updates, etc.).
- Schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
5. Client Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with clients for approvals, content requirements, and strategy alignment.
- Ensure timely posting and adherence to client expectations.
- Share performance reports and discuss improvements when required.
6. Collaboration & Internal Posting
- Work with HR, creative, and management teams for internal social media activities.
- Post and manage internal updates such as celebrations, events, employee highlights, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and growth strategies.
- Proficiency in content planning, scheduling tools, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
