As we continue to expand, we are looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital strategy, elevate our brand presence, and drive impactful marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all ES World social media channels (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and lead the social media function across the organization.
- Grow our online community, driving positive engagement and brand sentiment.
- Plan, create, and manage monthly content calendars and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with trends across platforms, adapting content creatively and taking inspiration from various industries.
- Analyze performance metrics, generating monthly reports with insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the creative team (designers, videographers, copywriters) to produce high-quality, engaging content.
- Manage influencer partnerships and relationships.
- Plan and execute campaigns for ES World's brand, corporate content, products, and services, with a strong understanding of paid vs organic strategy.
- Organize and lead community and social events.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing social media channels across industries.
- A digital native with a strong passion for social media.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Strong creative abilities and idea generation for content development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithm changes.
