We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to manage our online presence across social media platforms. The role involves creating content, engaging with audiences, analyzing performance, and growing brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create, schedule, and publish content (text, images, videos, reels, stories)
- Manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; engage with the community
- Track analytics and prepare performance reports
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (if required)
- Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and trends
- Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or Sprout Social
- Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
- Strong analytical and communication skills

- Experience with paid ads and performance marketing
- Influencer marketing experience
