Job Description

BrandingWaves is a growing marketing agency providing social media management, paid marketing, influencer collaborations, graphic design, lead generation, and outreach services. We work with SaaS, AI, Fintech, and Web3 startups and companies worldwide.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team onsite at our Lahore office.

Job Location

Ameer Chowk, College Road, Lahore (Onsite Only)

Work Schedule

• Timing: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Sunday: Off

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 2–3 LinkedIn accounts (company pages and personal brands)
• Plan, create, and publish LinkedIn content including:
• Text-based posts
• Carousels
• Graphics, images, and infographics
• Post twice daily on each LinkedIn account
• Actively engage with targeted audiences and potential leads on a daily basis
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach to build connections and promote services
• Identify and engage potential leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Organize and maintain leads in a structured lead management system
• Monitor performance and engagement to improve content and growth strategies
• Collaborate with the team to optimize social media presence and outreach efforts

Requirements

• Proven experience managing LinkedIn accounts (agency or personal branding experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn growth, engagement, and outreach strategies
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and lead generation
• Familiarity with SaaS, AI, Fintech, or Web3 industries is a plus
• Ability to work onsite and follow a structured work schedule
• Portfolio or examples of managed LinkedIn accounts are required

Salary

Salary will be discussed based on experience and portfolio.
