We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to oversee our brand’s online presence and drive engagement across all social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create visually appealing content, including static posts, stories, reels, and ads — strong Photoshop editing and design skills are a must.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers to produce high-quality content.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to optimize performance.
- Engage with the online community: reply to comments, messages, and manage creator/influencer communication.
- Track analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Assist in campaign planning, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (preferably in beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brands).
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop — ability to retouch, design creatives, and optimize visuals for social media.
- Knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience working with influencers/content creators.
- Basic photography skills or familiarity with product shoots.
- Understanding of paid ads is a plus.
