Job Title: Project Coordinator ( Full-time job)

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in the development of project plans and schedules

● Facilitate effective communication between team members

● Monitor and track project timelines and deadline

● Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards

● Prepare and distribute project updates, reports, and meeting minutes

● Provide general administrative support to the project team

● Facilitate the resolution of project-related issues and conflicts

● Support project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree and certification in Project Management

Experience: 0-1 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a

related administrative role

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Technical skills: Computer and Technical knowledge

Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team goals
