Social Media Manager

Job Overview

We are a creative photography and production studio based in Dubai, looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to grow our online presence and generate quality leads through social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations for potential social media clients
• Manage and grow social media accounts of clients (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others as needed)
• Create and post engaging content (reels, stories, posts, behind-the-scenes, promotions)
• Plan and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with studio services and campaigns
• Handle social media inquiries and coordinate with the team for bookings and responses
• Monitor messages, comments, and leads from WhatsApp and Instagram
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and editors for content creation
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and provide basic reports
• Stay updated with social media trends, reel formats, and local Dubai market trends
• Promote studio rentals, special offers, and full photoshoot packages

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in social media management
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (preferably in photography, media, or creative industries)
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok growth strategies
• Ability to write engaging captions and content ideas
• Basic understanding of content analytics and lead generation
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Organized, proactive, and creative

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

• Experience in photography or visual content creation
• Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)
• Knowledge of UAE market and social media trends
• Experience working with studios, agencies, or influencers
