Job Overview

Wehoware Technologies is seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation while aligning with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, X (Twitter), and YouTube, LinkedIn.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories)
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
• Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize ROI
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Build and manage online communities and brand reputation

Required Qualifications

• Any Bachelor’s degree
• Experience managing social media accounts
• Video Editing Skills Mandatory
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong content creation and storytelling abilities
• Proficiency with social media management tools
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics)
• Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus
