Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager & Sales Consultant to join our growing digital marketing agency. This role combines social media management with sales, requiring a creative yet results-driven professional who can generate leads, engage audiences, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and reels
• Monitor trends and optimize content to enhance brand visibility
• Manage community engagement by responding to messages and comments
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services (SEO, social media, PPC, etc.)
• Conduct sales presentations and meetings with potential clients
• Understand client needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and sales (preferably in digital marketing)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Own visa preferred
• Willingness to travel (travel allowance provided)
