Profile - Social Media Manager

Experience – 3 to 5 year

Candidates from Agency background are preferred

Objectives of this role:
· Increase engagement for existing audiences with high-quality social initiatives
· Acquire new followers by developing a robust marketing content plan
· Identify and highlight key trends in the digital space for the brand to leverage
· Ensure high quality and timely deliveries of campaigns
· Maintain productive and harmonious inter-function relationships
· Meet and exceed KPIs by consistent on-target messaging
· Regularly monitor social media performance through data analysis, prepare reports and reviews with the aim of continuous improvement
· Responsible for developing, implementing, leading effective social media campaigns thereby enhancing the digital presence of our clients, aligned with their brand values.

Responsibilities:
· Take ownership of developing and releasing content to clients’ social channels through timely and “on-point” campaigns
· Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop social media campaigns
· Establish key performance indicators to analyse efficacy of existing social campaigns
· Analyse the company’s digital marketing performance by developing periodic reports / reviews, and make relevant improvement suggestions
· Stay up to date with current trends to help keep the company's social media presence consistently relevant and up-to-date.
· Identify emerging trends and best practices to keep the agency at the cutting -edge of digital marketing

Skills and qualifications:
· Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics etc.
· Running ads on key digital platforms such as Facebook and Google, amongst others
· Experience in developing and running multi-platform, multi-channel campaigns independently
· Experience in managing client relationships and expectations
· Effective interpersonal and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per month
