Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager with a flair for storytelling and experience in creating short-form video content for platforms like Instagram and YouTube. The candidate should have a good understanding of influencer and affiliate marketing and be eager to contribute innovative ideas to drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute engaging educational content strategies for Instagram and YouTube, focusing on short-form video content.
• Plan and manage influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns to expand brand reach.
• Run targeted social media marketing campaigns to drive engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Collaborate with website and SEO teams to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy.
• Analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or platform-native insights.
• Edit and create compelling video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, or similar.
• Monitor trends and competitor activity to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
• Stay updated on social media algorithm changes and emerging platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
