Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in social media planning and content strategy execution
• Research trends, viral reels, audios & hashtags
• Participate in on-site content shoots (reels, stories, short videos)
• Coordinate during shoots – angles, transitions & trend execution
• Help create and manage monthly content calendars
• Write captions, hooks & basic storytelling content
• Support community management (comments, DMs, engagement)
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)

Tools You’ll Work With

• Meta Business Suite
• Instagram & Facebook Insights
• ChatGPT for content ideas

Skills Required

• Interest in social media trends & short-form videos
• Comfortable being part of content shoots
• Basic video sense (angles, hooks, transitions)
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn & adapt fast
