Social Media Manager

Stackup Solution is an IT company, and we are hiring a full-time Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. This is a creative and performance-driven role where you will be responsible for content planning, creation, execution, and optimization to strengthen our brand and generate engagement and leads.

This is a full-time, long-term position (not freelance or contract).

What you’ll work on:

• Manage and execute social media strategy for Stackup Solution across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging IT-related content, including posts, reels, short videos, and stories.
• Handle video editing for social media content
• Write professional and engaging content and captions in English aligned with the IT industry.
• Maintain and manage a structured content calendar.
• Monitor social media inbox, comments, and engagement to ensure timely responses.
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and report insights.
• Stay updated withlatest social media trends, tools, and platform algorithms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align social media content with company goals, services, and campaigns.
• Support branding, marketing campaigns, and service promotions through social media.

What we’re looking for:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager (preferably in an IT or tech company).
• Strong skills in video editing for social media platforms.
• Proven experience in content writing.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and brand-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe tools, Meta Business Suite, or similar is a plus.
