Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The role involves creating engaging content, managing campaigns, interacting with the community, and driving both follower growth and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities :-

· Develop and manage creatives, reels, videos, and live streams.

· Plan, schedule, and post content across all platforms.

· Write engaging captions, event updates, and invitations.

· Handle responses, DMs, and online community interactions.

· Plan and execute paid promotions and lead-generation campaigns.

· Track performance, analyze insights, and share regular reports.

· Manage promotions, glimpses, and content posting for BNI events.

Requirements :-

· Proven experience in social media management.

· Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

· Skills in video editing, creative design, and ad campaign management.

· Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
