We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with a strong background in Specialty Coffee and the Food & Beverage industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE market and a deep understanding of digital trends, brand storytelling, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand goals
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions) for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars and campaigns
• Handle daily social media operations, including posting, monitoring, and responding to messages/comments
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and design teams for promotions and launches
• Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships
• Analyze insights, performance metrics, and prepare regular reports
• Stay updated on social media trends, F&B market trends, and competitor activities
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager in the UAE
• Mandatory experience in Specialty Coffee and/or F&B industry
• Strong understanding of UAE market trends and audience behavior
• Proven experience in content creation, community management, and analytics
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Proficient in social media tools and analytics platforms
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
