Social Media Manager

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a creative, organized, and social-media-obsessed person to join our team! If you can jump between brands, juggle multiple projects, and bring fresh ideas to every feed — this one’s for you.

You’ll be the go-to person for all things social: strategy, content creation, community building, and trendspotting. From Instagram to LinkedIn — and even Pinterest, Quora, and Reddit — you’ll help our brands shine online.

What You’ll Do

• Create and manage content: Plan and post scroll-stopping visuals, captions, and videos across platforms.
• Build brand presence: Handle multiple brands and tailor content to each audience’s vibe.
• Engage communities: Chat with followers, answer DMs, jump into relevant conversations, and grow genuine engagement.
• Track what works: Keep an eye on analytics, share insights, and tweak strategies to boost results.
• Stay ahead of trends: Spot what’s trending before it’s old news and bring fun, creative ideas to the table.
• Explore new spaces: Help our brands grow on Pinterest, Quora, and Reddit (experience here is a big plus!).

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of experience running social media for multiple brands or projects (agency experience = bonus points!)
• A mix of creativity and strategy — you love making content and measuring its impact.
• Great writing skills and an eye for design.
• Experience with influencer marketing or UGC.
• Comfortable using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and scheduling/analytics platforms.
• Basic video editing skills (Reels/TikToks are your playground).
• Curious, proactive, and always in the loop with what’s trending online.

Nice-to-Haves

• Create trending in-house reels
• Basic understanding of social ads or SEO.
• A sense of humor and a love for internet culture.
