Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a sharp, organized Social Media Manager to manage Social Media, daily operations, client communication, and team coordination for marketing projects across multiple niches (food, real estate, beauty, fashion, restaurants, medical, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication & project updates
• Plan tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Translate client needs into actionable briefs for internal teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Ensure deadlines, quality standards & client expectations are met
• Review deliverables before sharing with clients
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, content, social media, performance marketing, influencers, production).
• Track project performance and resolve workflow issues

Requirements

• 2-3 years of project management experience (agency preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Understanding of digital marketing workflows
• Time management and deadline-driven mindset.
• Experience dealing with multi-niche clients is a strong advantage.

Timings:

Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM

Saturdays WFH
