Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media All-Rounder who can manage end-to-end digital presence and marketing campaigns.

Key Requirements:

• Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan, schedule, and publish daily content consistently
• Design high-quality posts, stories, reels, and ad creatives (Canva/Photoshop)
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and strong call-to-actions
• Handle messages, comments, and customer inquiries professionally
• Maintain brand identity, aesthetics, and consistency across all platforms
• Plan and execute paid ads campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Set up target audience, budget, and campaign objectives
• Monitor ads performance and optimize for better results and lead generation
• Generate quality leads for clinic services and treatments
• Create monthly content calendar and marketing strategy
• Increase followers, engagement, and overall brand awareness
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Coordinate with team for offers, treatments, and promotional campaigns
• Ensure all content aligns with clinic standards and premium branding
• Stay updated with latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms

Requirements:

• Experience in social media handling (preferably aesthetic/beauty industry)
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Strong design sense (Canva/Photoshop)
• Creative mindset with marketing understanding
• Good communication skills
