Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Social Media Manager located in Bahrain. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across multiple platforms. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling engaging content, optimising posts for reach and performance, monitoring analytics to inform strategy, and interacting with followers to foster community engagement. The role also involves collaborating with other teams to ensure brand consistency and contribute to marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to effectively manage and grow online presence
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing to craft compelling and brand-aligned content
• Experience in Content Strategy to support campaign planning and consistent messaging
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies
• Ability to stay updated with social media trends and adapt accordingly
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience with London-based audiences or the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
