Responsibilities

Own rednote’s global social and owned channel ecosystem, leading channel strategy, editorial direction, and day-to-day publishing across priority platforms.

Develop and execute always-on social content plans that reinforce brand positioning while driving engagement, audience growth, and community relevance.

Serve as the primary sync point across brand, communications, and campaign teams, ensuring messaging consistency, narrative alignment, and coordinated go-to-market execution.

Lead SEO and SEM planning and execution, including keyword strategy, content optimization, and paid search initiatives to strengthen discoverability and brand visibility.

Track and analyze channel and search performance, translating data into actionable insights that improve reach, engagement, conversion, and overall effectiveness.

Partner closely with brand, community operation, creative, growth, and regional teams to ensure owned channels reflect a cohesive, current, and high-quality brand experience.

Monitor platform trends, audience behavior, and competitive activity across social and search landscapes, and proactively evolve rednote’s channel strategy accordingly.

Build scalable channel playbooks, workflows, and best practices to support rednote’s growing global presence.
Qualifications
-
7+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, ideally within a global consumer brand, platform, or tech company.

Hands-on experience managing owned social channels such as Linkedin, Instagram, YouTube, Rednote and X, with demonstrated impact on audience growth, engagement, and channel performance.

Working knowledge of SEO ,SEM, AI search including keyword strategy, content optimization, and paid search campaign execution.

Strong editorial judgment and content instincts, with the ability to develop or guide work that is on-brand, platform-native, and audience-relevant.

Experience working cross-functionally with brand, communications, and creative teams, with a strong grasp of messaging alignment and narrative consistency.

Comfort with analytics and performance tools, such as GA4, native platform dashboards, and search analytics tools, and able to use data to inform decisions.

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Strong cross-cultural sensibility and interest in global markets; familiarity with both Eastern and Western platform ecosystems is a strong plus.

Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position is $180000 - $300000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive equity package (RSUs), an annual performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
