  • Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Manage daily social media activities using platforms such as Hootsuite and Buffer, scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
  • Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content planning.
  • Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags to increase visibility and reach.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to manage brand reputation, respond to comments, and foster positive community interactions.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms, including audience targeting and ad performance analysis.
  • Maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to expand brand reach through collaborations.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.

Skills

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of social media marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Skilled in video editing and photography to produce engaging multimedia content.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics, and Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or similar platforms.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams effectively.
  • Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is polished and aligned with branding standards.
