We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s online presence with energy, creativity, and strategic insight. In this role, you’ll develop innovative content, manage social campaigns, and build meaningful relationships with our community. Your expertise will help elevate our brand visibility and foster authentic engagement across multiple channels, driving growth and brand loyalty in a fast-paced digital landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity; analyze insights to refine campaigns.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance content appeal.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost visibility and achieve targeted objectives.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging and manage crisis communication when necessary.
  • Track web analytics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance; generate reports for continuous improvement.
  • Engage actively with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster a vibrant online community.
  • Maintain a cohesive brand voice across all channels while ensuring content is proofread for accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support branding initiatives by integrating visual identity elements into social media content; assist in e-commerce promotions when applicable.

Experience

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research techniques to optimize content discoverability.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
  • Knowledge of social listening platforms to monitor brand reputation and industry trends effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to assess campaign impact.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams including PR, marketing, and creative departments.
  • Excellent proofreading skills combined with an eye for branding consistency; capable of producing engaging multimedia content for diverse audiences.
