Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead and grow FP Trading’s social media presence across global markets. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, audience behavior, and platform-specific strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube)
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content tailored to the forex and trading audience
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content writers to produce compelling visuals and campaigns
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to keep FP Trading ahead of the curve
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights (reach, engagement, conversion)
- Manage community engagement, including responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner
- Work closely with the paid media team to align organic and paid strategies
- Support influencer marketing initiatives and partnerships
- Ensure brand consistency across all social channels and regions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in social media management (preferably in forex, fintech, or finance)
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and industry trends
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and increasing engagement
- Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multi-region or global social media accounts
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in financial services
- Experience working with influencers and affiliate networks in the trading space
