We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating content, managing daily social media activities, engaging with audiences, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions, ensuring timely responses.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding.
- Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns when required.
- Build and grow online communities while maintaining a positive brand image.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with content creation, scheduling tools, and social media analytics.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and audience targeting.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
