UV Group is seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled Social Media Manager who brings together creativity, strategy, and performance. This role is ideal for someone who understands visual branding, knows how to run impactful digital ads, and can turn social feeds into powerful growth channels.The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement and leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Snapchat)
- Plan, schedule, and post content across platforms, aligned with the brand’s voice
- Edit high-quality Reels and short-form video content that captures attention
- Launch, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Track and analyze content and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
- Suggest data-backed improvements for audience engagement and growth
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of social media strategy & content planning
- Skilled in Reel editing (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data-driven content optimization
- UAE Experience of 2 years
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience managing brand social media accounts
- Experience running paid social ads
- Analytics experience (Google Analytics, platform insights)
- Basic photo/video editing skills
- Strong understanding of branding and storytelling
