Job Summary

AL Faiz Multinational Group is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead and manage the company’s digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong content creation skills, knowledge of social media trends, and the ability to execute engaging campaigns that enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and grow company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Create engaging content including captions, graphics, reels, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
• Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Run paid social media campaigns and analyze performance metrics.
• Coordinate with the marketing and design team for branding consistency.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
