About the Role
Our client located in Trumbull, CT is seeking a dynamic and strategic
Manager, Social Media
to join their team. This person will collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (including E-commerce, Creative, and Sales) to develop and execute innovative social strategies that convert followers into advocates. Our client offers a
hybrid schedule
(3 days in the office, 2 days at home) and a salary in the $120k range plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution:
Develop and lead a comprehensive, multi-channel social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.) aligned with core marketing and brand goals.

Content & Campaign Management:
Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely publication of high-quality, engaging content (Reels, video, stories, posts) that accurately reflects the brand voice.

Community & Influencer Growth:
Actively engage with our online community, monitor sentiment, and lead influencer research and relationship-building initiatives across key categories.

Social Commerce & Innovation:
Own the social selling strategy across relevant platforms, managing setup, product listings, and ongoing optimization.

Data & Analytics:
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates; analyze key metrics to prepare performance reports with actionable optimization recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Marketing, E-commerce, PR, and internal stakeholders to support integrated campaigns, product launches, and paid social initiatives.
Desired Skills & Experience

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Experience:
3+ years of professional experience managing social media for a brand, organization, or agency.
