Job Description

We are looking for a creative and responsible Social Media Manager who can manage and grow our company’s social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong content sense, trend knowledge, and the ability to plan, create, and execute social media strategies that improve engagement, branding, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Create and execute monthly social media content calendars
• Plan, write, and publish engaging posts, captions, and hashtags
• Coordinate with graphic designer/video editor for creatives and reels
• Create basic content ideas for promotional campaigns and services
• Monitor audience engagement, comments, and messages professionally
• Handle page inbox and coordinate with the sales team for leads (if required)
• Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activity
• Manage paid campaigns/boosting (if required) and optimize results
• Ensure brand tone, consistency, and professional online presence

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms
• Good English communication and content writing skills
• Basic understanding of Canva/Adobe tools (preferred)
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and ad campaigns is a plus
• Creative mindset with trend awareness and content strategy skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
