Social Media Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and innovative Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s digital presence across multiple platforms. Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using applications like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
  • Implement social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to boost reach and engagement.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all channels while managing relationships with influencers, partners, and community members.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand voice before publishing to ensure high-quality communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, graphic design, and e-commerce to support integrated campaigns.

Requirements

  • Must have 2 years of experience
  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with social listening tools and public relations practices to enhance brand reputation.
  • Skilled in content creation including photography and video editing to produce compelling multimedia assets.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform along with experience managing paid campaigns for targeted outreach.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics to track performance metrics effectively.
  • Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content aligns with brand standards before publication.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
