Social Media Manager

Ghani Branding Agency is looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to manage social media content planning and posting for different brands. The main responsibility of this role is to create monthly content plans that are aligned with each brand’s theme, identity, goals, and audience.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content strategy, brand communication, and timely execution across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create monthly social media content plans for different brands.
  • Ensure every content plan is aligned with the brand’s theme, tone, identity, and marketing goals.
  • Plan post ideas, captions, content formats, and posting schedules for each brand.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers to get social media posts designed according to the approved plan.
  • Post approved content on different social media platforms on time.
  • Manage social media pages for brands, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Maintain consistency in brand communication across all social media channels.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and content ideas.
  • Track content performance and suggest improvements for better engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth content workflow and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
  • Ability to create brand-aligned monthly content calendars.
  • Strong writing skills for captions, post ideas, and basic content direction.
  • Good sense of branding, visual communication, and audience engagement.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands at the same time.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.

Preferred Skills

  • 1 year of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Planner, or similar role in a branding, marketing, or advertising agency.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or social media scheduling tools.
  • Basic understanding of paid ads, campaign planning, and content strategy will be a plus.
  • Ability to suggest creative campaign ideas for different industries.
