We’re partnering with a fast-growing, culturally relevant consumer bran d that has built a passionate following and is disrupting a traditional category through bold branding, strong community engagement, and exceptional product quality

They’re looking for a Social Media Manag er who is equal parts strategist, creator, storyteller, and community builder. This is an opportunity to join a brand at an exciting stage of growth and play a critical role in shaping its voice, content strategy, and social presence.

This role is best suited for marketers who have experience with premium, culturally relevant consumer brands and understand how to build social platforms that drive both brand affinity and business growth. Candidates from beauty, wellness, lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, or modern challenger CPG brands will likely be the strongest fit.

✅ What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital story telling
• Experience with premium consumer brands in categories such as food & beverage, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or hospitality
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content strategy
• Ability to independently shoot, edit, and publish content
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using performance data to guide creative decisions
• Excellent writing, captioning, and storytelling abilities
• Deep understanding of creator culture, lifestyle trends, and premium consumer brands
• Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation
