Social Media Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s digital presence across various social media platforms. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals to increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities; utilize findings to refine content and campaigns.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, optimizing for reach, conversions, and ROI through targeted keyword research and audience segmentation.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and photography that align with branding standards using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Analyze web analytics data from Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to measure campaign effectiveness; prepare reports to inform future strategies.
  • Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews; foster positive relationships that enhance brand loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management within a digital marketing or related environment.
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies, including content creation, branding, SEO principles, and public relations fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite applications, as well as video editing tools.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or similar platforms.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail; ability to craft compelling copy tailored to diverse audiences.
