Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our brand's social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content planning, overseeing creative production, growing online communities, and driving engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Plan, manage, and oversee monthly content calendars across all social media platforms.
- Lead and coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, influencers, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, product launches, giveaways, and promotional activities.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare monthly reports, and provide actionable recommendations based on insights.
- Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to align organic and paid social media efforts.
- Oversee influencer marketing campaigns, partnerships, and brand collaborations.
- Ensure all social media content reflects the brand’s tone, identity, and business goals.
Requirements:
- Female candidate only.
- 4–6 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for consumer brands, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, content planning, and project management skills.
- Experience with social media analytics, reporting tools, and performance tracking.
- Ability to lead creative initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and community management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
