Social Media Manager (2+ Years Experience)

We are hiring a Social Media Manager who understands strategy, consistency, and engagement, not just posting.

This role requires ownership. You will plan, execute, and improve our social presence across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily social media posts across all platforms
• Plan and schedule content using tools like Buffer
• Write clear, engaging, brand-aligned captions
• Analyze performance metrics and improve content strategy
• Actively engage the internal team to generate social content
• Maintain posting consistency and brand voice

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience managing social media for a company or agency
• Strong understanding of content planning & engagement
• Ability to work independently without constant instructions
• Familiar with analytics and performance tracking
• Reliable, disciplined, and consistent
