Social Media Manager & AI Content creator

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager with experience in AI-powered marketing tools to lead our social media strategy and content execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, audience targeting, and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
• Manage and grow company profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
• Use AI tools to assist with content creation, scheduling, analytics, and audience insights.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral content opportunities to increase engagement.
• Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Use AI-driven analytics tools to identify audience behavior and improve targeting strategies.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement across platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform algorithm updates, and AI marketing technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategies.
• Experience using AI tools for marketing.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools.
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign optimization.
• Strong creative, analytical, and communication skills.
