We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
- Create engaging content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Manage social media accounts using tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts and analyze performance metrics.
- Conduct SEO and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
- Utilize Google Analytics and web analytics tools to track engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Engage in social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends, responding appropriately to audience interactions.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Oversee public relations efforts related to social media campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Manage e-commerce initiatives through targeted social media advertising strategies, including Facebook Advertising.
- Produce high-quality photography and video content for various campaigns, ensuring all materials align with branding guidelines.
- Proofread all content before publication to maintain high standards of quality.
Skills
- Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in content creation, graphic design, public relations, and relationship management.
- Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail in branding consistency.
