Are you a creative, detail-oriented content creator with a passion for storytelling and social media strategy? Our boutique law firm is seeking a Part-Time Content Creator to help us elevate our online presence and connect with our audience in fresh and engaging ways.

Cernitz Law is a boutique and dynamic law firm committed to making a real impact in our clients’ lives. As we expand, we're looking to grow our brand and digital footprint — and that’s where you come in.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of various social media channels.

As our Content Creator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Creating and editing short-form video and photo content (think Reels, TikToks, Instagram carousels, etc.) that resonates with target audiences while maintaining brand voice and identity.
  • Using editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Writing captions, selecting hashtags, and scheduling/posting across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Tailoring content to suit each platform’s audience and best practices
  • Bringing a creative, “outside-the-box” mindset while maintaining a polished, professional tone
  • Keeping up with current social media trends and adapting strategies accordingly
  • Maintaining an eye for detail, accuracy, and brand consistency
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram Advertising to increase reach and engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Buffer to refine strategies and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to foster community relationships.
  • Conduct proofreading of all published content to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, branding, and public relations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation and campaign success.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure performance metrics effectively.
  • Familiarity with video editing software is a plus for creating dynamic content.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO, content marketing, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
