Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. You will create compelling content across various platforms while utilizing analytics to drive performance and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and brand mentions through social listening.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and engagement.
  • Design graphics and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Manage social media accounts using tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Conduct keyword research to inform content creation and improve search rankings.
  • Analyze web analytics through Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
  • Engage in relationship management with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, e-commerce developments, and best practices in video editing and photography.

Skills

  • Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics (Google Analytics).
  • Experience in content creation with a focus on graphic design, photography, video editing, and branding.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for public relations and relationship management.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes in digital marketing strategies.
