Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Social Media Manager and Content Creator! This role involves developing engaging content, managing social media channels, and implementing marketing strategies to increase audience engagement and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media management tools, digital marketing techniques, and content creation to drive impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand
  • Create, edit and publish high-quality content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Manage daily social media activities
  • Monitor social channels for performance of posts & to identify trending topics
  • Optimize content for SEO, including keyword research and integration into posts
  • Design visually appealing graphics and videos
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and reviews
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives and promotions
  • Check content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency and get approvals
  • Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, social media management, and emerging platforms

Requirements

  • Experience in social media management and content creation for brands or organizations
  • Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, photography, and visual storytelling
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva or similar tools
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research and web analytics (Google Analytics)
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to proofreading detail
  • Ability to analyze data insights to inform strategy adjustments
  • Strong relationship management skills for engaging with online communities and influencers
  • Knowledge of branding principles and digital marketing strategies
