About the Role
We are looking for a creative and ambitious Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead our brand presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. You will develop content, engage with our community, and help drive brand growth through storytelling, consistent posting, and strategic planning.
We will provide support with high-quality video recording—you will have access to someone who can film professional videos for you based on the layout and shot list you prepare. You must be on-site during all recordings. However, you will still be responsible for creating additional content independently each week.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
- Create engaging content tailored to TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook audiences
- Come in person once per week to film product videos, lifestyle content, and brand stories
- Prepare shot lists/layouts for high-quality filmed content
- Be present during all recorded video sessions
- Produce additional content independently beyond the professionally filmed material
- Edit and publish consistent weekly content across all platforms
- Create 7–10 valuable Instagram Stories weekly
- Create 3-5 valuable Instagram Stories weekly
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, distributors, and customers
- Film in grocery stores or retail locations featuring our products
Strategy & Growth
- Present a weekly content plan for approval
- Use SEO, keywords, and trend strategy to increase reach and customer acquisition
- Work toward monthly and quarterly follower and engagement goals
- Stay on top of platform trends, updates, and best practices
Community Management
- Respond to comments, questions, and DMs promptly and professionally
- Build a positive and engaged online community
- Identify and interact with user-generated content and brand mentions
Performance & Reporting
- Provide a weekly performance report with insights and recommended next steps
- Adjust content strategy based on analytics and KPIs
Requirements
- Proven experience creating and managing TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook content
- Strong editing skills with a strong sense of storytelling and pacing
- Knowledge of SEO and social discoverability
- Ability to plan content layouts, shot lists, and creative direction
- Comfortable being present during filming and directing shots
- Organized, reliable, and able to meet consistent weekly deadlines
- Strong communication and customer-engagement skills
- Comfortable filming in public (grocery stores, events, etc.)
Preferred (Not Required)
- Graphic design experience (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
- CPG, food brand, or retail content experience
- Videography or photography experience
- Influencer collaboration experience
- Ability to pitch new content ideas during interviews
