Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. This role involves developing engaging content, managing social media channels, and implementing effective marketing strategies to connect with our target audience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing, digital analytics, and visual content creation, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that align with our branding goals.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create high-quality visual content including graphics, photography, and videos using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
  • Conduct social listening to gauge audience sentiment, identify trends, and inform content planning.
  • Optimize content for SEO by performing keyword research and integrating relevant keywords into posts.
  • Analyze web and social media analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost reach and engagement.
  • Engage with followers through relationship management, responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce promotions.
  • Proofread all content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice before publishing.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in digital marketing, social media management, graphic design, video editing, and related fields.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Creative Cloud applications, and video editing software.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and social listening techniques.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Ability to develop engaging graphics, photography, and videos tailored for various platforms.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising campaigns and digital marketing strategies including branding and e-commerce promotion.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all published content.
  • Strong relationship management skills for engaging with audiences effectively.
  • Knowledge of public relations principles as they relate to online reputation management.
  • Ability to analyze data insights to inform content strategy adjustments.

Job Type: Part-time
