Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Company Overview:
We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a creative and highly multiple motivated Social Media Managers to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position for a passionate individual with a flair for social media, design, content creation, and strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and curating compelling content, managing social media channels, and ensuring our online presence aligns with our brand's voice and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Content Creation:
• Design eye-catching posts and visuals using Canva to engage with our online audience.
• Write compelling captions, taglines, and content that resonate with our target demographic.
• Create and edit articles, blog posts, and other written content to enhance the brand's online presence.
• Ensure all content is in line with the company’s tone of voice, goals, and branding guidelines.
• Social Media Management:
• Develop, implement, and manage a monthly social media calendar for all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Schedule and publish posts across various social media channels using scheduling tools.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social platforms to foster engagement.
• Track social media performance using analytics tools to gauge success and optimize strategies.
• Content Strategy and Planning:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create a content strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and leads.
• Research and analyze social media trends, keywords, and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.
• Regularly propose new and innovative social media campaigns and ideas to increase follower growth and engagement.
• Community Engagement:
• Foster a sense of community by engaging with followers and responding to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Encourage user-generated content and create contests, challenges, or campaigns that promote user interaction.
• Content Reporting and Analysis:
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media growth and engagement.
• Provide regular reports to the marketing team detailing social media performance, trends, and areas of improvement.
• Use analytics to inform content adjustments and campaign optimization.

Requirements:

• Location: This position is exclusively open to candidates currently residing in Egypt only.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a portfolio of past work.
• Proficiency in Canva or other graphic design tools to create compelling visuals.
• Excellent written communication skills in English, with a strong understanding of tone, style, and grammar.
• Ability to write engaging captions, blog posts, and articles that align with the brand voice.
• Solid knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their best practices.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
• Knowledge of SEO and how it applies to social media content is a plus.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital marketing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in creating blog articles or long-form content.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media reporting tools.
• Knowledge of photo and video editing (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience working in a remote team environment.
