Social Media Manager and Content Creator

We are looking for a highly motivated Content Creator / Videographer to capture, edit, and post daily content for our growing brand.

This is not a traditional videography role. You will be responsible for producing high-volume, engaging social media content that builds attention, authority, and leads.

You will work directly with the owner to film, edit, and publish content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities

• Film daily content using iPhone and professional camera equipment
• Capture talking head videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and business content
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) with captions and fast-paced cuts
• Post content across multiple social media platforms
• Organize and manage content files and media library
• Execute content ideas quickly and consistently

Daily Expectations

• Produce and post 3–10 pieces of content per day
• Maintain consistent posting schedule across platforms
• Create content that drives engagement (views, shares, comments)

Qualifications

• Experience creating and editing short-form video content
• Proficiency in editing software (CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
• Understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Ability to work on-site daily
• Self-motivated and able to execute without constant supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing or growing social media accounts
• Knowledge of content strategy, hooks, and audience engagement
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
