We handle the strategy, the scripting, and the filming. Your job starts when the raw footage lands in your lap. You edit the video, create the graphics, and ship it live — clean, on-brand, and on schedule. Every time.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a fully remote content creation role focused on Instagram and YouTube. We handle the strategy, the scripting, and the filming. Your job starts when the raw footage lands in your lap.

You edit the video, create the graphics, and ship it live — clean, on-brand, and on schedule. Every time.

You don't need a film degree. You need taste, speed, and the ability to stay on schedule without being chased. If you've edited for a creator, managed a brand's social presence, or taken raw footage from messy to polished — we want to see it.

OUTCOMES IN FIRST 90 DAYS

  • Own and execute the content calendar in Airtable without being chased
  • Establish a consistent posting rhythm across IG and YouTube
  • Deliver short-form edits (Reels/Shorts) within 24–48 hrs of receiving raw footage
  • Build a library of branded graphic templates for recurring content types
  • Maintain brand voice, aesthetic, and tone across every post
  • Identify what's working and flag what's not — weekly

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Video Editing

  • Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts from raw footage
  • Edit long-form content for YouTube — cuts, captions, transitions, music
  • Hook-first editing — first 3 seconds have to earn the next 30
  • Deliver clean, on-brand exports optimized for each platform
  • Tools: CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut — use whatever you're fast in

2. Graphic Design

  • Create branded graphics, carousels, and quote cards for IG feed
  • Design thumbnails for YouTube that are built for clicks, not aesthetics
  • Build and maintain reusable templates so output stays fast and consistent
  • Stay on-brand — colors, fonts, tone — every single time
  • Tools: Canva, Figma, or Adobe — whatever gets it done clean and fast

3. Posting & Platform Management

  • Publish content to Instagram (feed, reels, stories) and YouTube on schedule
  • Write captions and titles that actually get read and clicked
  • Optimize YouTube uploads — titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails
  • Monitor basic performance and flag what's gaining traction

4. Content Calendar (Airtable)

  • Own and maintain the content calendar in Airtable — no gaps, no surprises
  • Track every piece of content from raw footage received → edit → approved → live
  • Flag bottlenecks early — if something's going to be late, say so before it's late
  • Keep statuses updated so the team always knows where things stand

We want: "Here's a Reel I edited start to finish. Here's the YouTube channel I managed. Here's a graphic I designed for a brand."
