Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers.
- Create high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to produce visually appealing content that captures attention.
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities; leverage insights for content optimization.
- Implement SEO best practices by integrating relevant keywords into content to enhance visibility on search engines.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and manage relationship building with influencers or partners.
- Maintain a keen eye for proofreading and editing all content for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency before publishing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with video editing software is a plus.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
- Strong graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency; photography skills are advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
